About

I’m Heather Pring, a Vitality Coach based in Minehead.

I help busy women who often look like they’re coping on the outside but underneath feel tired, low in energy, and frustrated with changes in their body, especially stubborn midsection weight gain, despite trying to “eat healthy” and do the right things.

I combine over 15 years of experience in personal training, Pilates, and nutrition to help women rebuild their confidence, energy, and consistency in a way that actually works with real life.

Behind what I do now is a much deeper personal story of sadness that led me to completely re-evaluate my own health, confidence, and mindset.

Through that journey, I learned tools that I first had to use on myself to rebuild from the inside out.

My focus now is simple, no extremes, no restriction, no quick fixes, just sustainable change that fits real life.

At this event, I’ll be talking about why this happens, what’s really going on beneath the surface, and how to start feeling more in control of your body and energy again.

If you’ve been pushing through exhaustion, doing your best, but still not feeling like yourself, this is for you.

My Why

Why am I a vitality coach, and especially why do I love working with women?

I’ve always been involved in exercise and have loved it. Even as a child, going out running really helped me from a very young age, movement was always something that grounded me.

Around 18 years ago, I became very unwell and experienced extremely low self-esteem and deep body shame. I ended up in hospital and couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. I genuinely felt disgusted with myself.

During that time, I was given small exercise programmes to follow, which I honestly hated at first. I was also heavily medicated, which affected my body in difficult ways, including severe bloating and discomfort that made even basic daily functions hard.

But in that experience, I began to understand something important: how deeply movement and nutrition can support the body, especially during illness and recovery.

That time became the turning point for me. It’s what led me to want to help others move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies in a kinder, more supportive way.

And it’s why I do what I do today, especially supporting women to feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies again.
