A modern take on classical Pilates, built from the 100 Joseph Pilates inspired movements and adapted for real bodies and real life.
This is mat based training using bands, balls and the Pilates circle to keep things varied, challenging and engaging.
It is always fun, real and grounded in how your body actually moves. Not perfection, not performance, just effective movement that works in real life. Alongside mobility and control, we also focus on strength and conditioning throughout, so you are not just stretching, you are building a stronger and more capable body.
I also offer home visits, working directly in clients’ homes where needed, and can support rehabilitation work alongside physios and their programmes, including following prescribed exercise plans and video guidance where provided. This can also include a more supportive, guided approach post surgery or during recovery to help rebuild strength, confidence and movement safely.

Based in Minehead, in my studio, with access to a private terrace garden. Location and setting may vary depending on the season and weather.
Class size is kept to a maximum of 10 people so there is no hiding in the group. I am able to see everyone clearly, correct movement patterns and layer progressions so every ability level is supported within the same session.
All abilities are welcome. Exercises are layered so beginners and more experienced clients can work in the same space without anyone feeling left behind or held back.
Some people choose to have one or two private sessions first to build confidence before joining group classes, although this is optional.
We use mat based Pilates with equipment including bands, balls and Pilates circles to keep sessions varied and engaging.
In summer we often move outdoors into a private terrace garden for fresh air training.
In winter we move into a candlelit studio with aromatherapy oils and a calm, welcoming environment.
