This Reset isn’t about diets, quick fixes, or pushing yourself to breaking point. It’s about actually feeling better in a way that fits your real life. If you’re a busy mum, a woman juggling work and everything else, or just someone who’s tired of running on empty this is for you


Fitness Pilates (Mat Based Functional Movement)

A modern take on classical Pilates, built from the 100 Joseph Pilates inspired movements and adapted for real bodies and real life. This is mat based training using bands, balls and the Pilates circle to keep things varied, challenging and engaging.
It is always fun, real and grounded in how your body actually moves. Not perfection, not performance, just effective movement that works in real life. Alongside mobility and control, we also focus on strength and conditioning throughout, so you are not just stretching, you are building a stronger and more capable body.


Personal Training

Strength based coaching designed to build real, usable strength that supports your everyday life, not just your time in the gym.
This is structured, progressive training that is also fun, varied and tailored completely to you. No two sessions look the same, because everything is adapted depending on your goals, your body and how you learn best.
I use a wide and varied approach to training, combining strength work, functional movement and confidence building in a way that actually makes sense for your life, not just a gym programme on paper.
Sessions generally take place in a gym environment.


Nutrition Coaching

No fad diets. No strict regimes. No one size fits all approach.
This is real life nutrition coaching that looks at the bigger picture. Your energy, your sleep, your gut health, your stress levels and how all of that actually shows up in your day to day life.
I do not follow diet culture or restrictive plans. That is not how I work. Instead we look at what is going on for you as an individual and build something that actually fits your life and supports you properly.
A lot of the time it is not about doing more. It is about understanding what your body is already telling you and starting to work with it rather than against it.


Pilates Parties

Hen parties, birthday parties and private group Pilates sessions designed to be fun, memorable and completely tailored to your group.
These are relaxed, feel good sessions that bring everyone together through movement, laughter and something a bit different from the usual night out or gathering.
Each party is designed around your group, with Pilates adapted so everyone can join in, no matter their experience level. It is always inclusive, light hearted and accessible, with options to make it more challenging if your group wants that.
Every booking includes personalised token gifts for guests to make the experience feel extra special and considered.


Flexible Coaching Options

Alongside in person sessions, I also offer a range of flexible ways to train and stay supported.
This includes online coaching via Zoom, which can be used for Pilates sessions, movement support or guided coaching from your home. This is ideal if you prefer to train in your own space, have limited travel time, or want support while building confidence before coming into studio or group sessions.
I also offer home visits for Pilates and movement coaching where needed, particularly for clients who are less mobile, returning from injury or recovering after surgery.


Buggy Fitness

Buggy Fit is open to anyone with a baby or toddler — mums, dads, carers and grandparents are all very welcome.
Come along for some gentle exercise tailored to the group’s needs, in a supportive and positive environment. We focus on moving safely and effectively, while ensuring little ones are included and cared for within the session.

Corporate Vitality Coaching and Workshops

As a vitality coach, I deliver practical, movement and health focused workshops, talks and sessions for workplaces, schools and organisations.
This work is centred around physical vitality, helping people understand how to support their body through movement, nutrition and simple daily habits so they can feel more energised, more focused and physically better in their working day.
These sessions are not complicated or theory heavy. They are simple, realistic and designed for real people with real workloads and real pressures.


NEW: Sunrise Pilates

Sunrise Pilates: Wednesday 20th May, 6am.
We’re starting a gentle early morning Pilates session and opening it up if anyone would like to join.
30 minutes outside in Minehead, starting at 6am
There is something really special about being outside in the morning. Fresh air, natural light, and a bit of quiet space can really help you feel clearer, calmer, and more energised for the day ahead.
