Strength based coaching designed to build real, usable strength that supports your everyday life, not just your time in the gym.
This is structured, progressive training that is also fun, varied and tailored completely to you. No two sessions look the same, because everything is adapted depending on your goals, your body and how you learn best.
I use a wide and varied approach to training, combining strength work, functional movement and confidence building in a way that actually makes sense for your life, not just a gym programme on paper.
Sessions generally take place in a gym environment. I work out of several different gyms depending on your location, so we can choose the most suitable and comfortable setting for you.
I also support clients who are transitioning from rehabilitation, working alongside physiotherapists and their programmes where needed to ensure a safe and progressive return to full strength training.
I also support clients who have a range of learning differences or additional needs, including dyspraxia and other learning needs. This is an area I have experience in and really enjoy working with, as it allows me to help people feel confident, comfortable and supported in movement, whether that is building from the basics or maintaining long term consistency.

Why Strength Training Matters
Strength training is essential for women at every stage of life, particularly during busy motherhood years and through perimenopausal change.
It helps to
Build and maintain lean muscle which naturally declines with age
Support bone density and reduce risk of osteoporosis
Improve metabolism and daily energy levels
Support hormone balance and blood sugar regulation
Reduce injury risk in everyday movement
Improve posture, back strength and joint stability
Support mood, confidence and mental wellbeing
During perimenopause, hormonal changes can impact sleep, energy, recovery and body composition. Strength training is one of the most effective tools to support your body through this transition.
This is not about shrinking your body. It is about building a stronger, more capable version of you that works in real life.
