Flexible Coaching Options

Alongside in person sessions, I also offer a range of flexible ways to train and stay supported.
This includes online coaching via Zoom, which can be used for Pilates sessions, movement support or guided coaching from your home. This is ideal if you prefer to train in your own space, have limited travel time, or want support while building confidence before coming into studio or group sessions.
I also offer home visits for Pilates and movement coaching where needed, particularly for clients who are less mobile, returning from injury or recovering after surgery.
These options allow you to stay consistent in a way that works around your lifestyle, rather than trying to fit your life around training.
Whether in person, online or at home, the focus is always the same. Supportive, structured and realistic coaching that meets you where you are.
